We are pleased to announce that after a transparent and competitive process undertaken by the BTTA Council – Vinnie Batten will be stepping into the General Manager role on an ongoing basis after filling it temporarily the last few months.
Although a big change in career for me, I’m looking forward to getting further stuck in to growing our club – and more broadly growing the amazing sport that gives us so much fulfilment & community spirit. Importantly, I recognise we’re building on the work that countless people have poured into this club over many decades.
I’m committed to work with everyone to achieve both what players want and what the club needs. As someone who is always eager to improve how we do things, please never hesitate to reach out and have a chat about ways to make us stronger. Whether that’s over a cup of tea in my office, or a quick hit on Table 1!
