He has played fixtures at three clubs in Victoria and four in Queensland and served on the committee at one of them for a number of years. Now retired, he has time (when not running and helping to raise puppies) to put something back into the club that has been a big part of his life since the mid 1980s, and to continue his lifelong search for an effective backhand loop. You will see David helping out on the front desk on Tuesday nights and getting in Michael's way.
