Annual General Meeting 2023

The BTTA Annual General Meeting will be held at 7 pm on Wednesday 20th September 2023 at the Brisbane Table Tennis Centre. All adult Life, Ordinary and Social Members are eligible to attend and we would encourage as many members as possible to come along and be involved in the governance of your club

Business to be transacted is:

Receive and consider the Minutes of the previous Annual meeting (22 September 2022).
the receiving of the Council reports and the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the association for the preceding financial year;
the receiving of the auditor's report on the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;
the election of members of the Council;
the appointment of an auditor;
the appointment of a life member of the Association;
general business
1. consideration of a Special Resolution to amend the BTTA constitution;
2. any other business.
