Lismore Table Tennis Tournament

Who's Going To Represent Brisbane Table Tennis At The Lismore Competition?

This tournament has been running for more than a decade.

After a hiatus due to Covid, it's back!

The Northern Region Teams Tournament will be held on 20/21 August 2022 at the Far North Coast NSW Table Tennis Club, Goonellabah.

Teams are graded into 3 divisions based on ratings and play five matches over the two days.

This is a very well run event and is always enjoyed by participants.

Past Year's Update

Brisbane Team In past years, Brisbane Table Tennis had three teams and 11 players participate in the NSW COUNTRY TABLE TENNIS LEAGUE - NORTHERN REGION TEAMS INVITATIONAL.

It was a well run competition, organized by the Far North Coast Table Tennis Club at Lismore, NSW.

Lots and lots clubs entered. In fact some were turned away because there were too many entries! It was a fun and friendly tournament and there were many close matches.

Competition was tough!

Div I Team, consisting of Brian Wiese, Mike Meys, Peter & Ben Lander, came 3rd
Div II Team, consisting of Jeff Fyfe, Andrei Poliakov, & Rey Lorenzana, came 6th
Div III Team consisting of Michael Bygraves, Fred Smith, Hameed Yazdani, & Nicole Lander, came 5th.
