2022 Spring Fixture Seasons


Monday Nights - Maxi Season

Times Monday Evenings 7.15pm to 9.30pm approx
   
Dates Season Starts 29 August 2022 for 11 weeks (10 weeks season + 1 weeks of finals).
   
Closing Date 26th June 2022 or until all slots are filled.  Spaces are allocated on a first-in-best-dressed basis.
   
Cost $132 if prepaid when registering or $14 per week (Total $154)
   
Format
  • 2 Person Teams [4 singles and one doubles match]
  • Teams Selected based on player ratings on RatingsCentral.com
  • Competition is 10 weeks round robin plus finals.
   
Divisions A maximum of 6 Teams per division.  The number of Divisions will be determined based on the number of entries.

Tuesday Nights - Maxi Season

Times Tuesday Evenings 7.00pm to 9.30pm approx
   
Dates Starts 23 August 2022 for 12 weeks (10 weeks season + 2 weeks of finals).
   
Closing Date 19 August 2022 or until all slots are filled.  Spaces are allocated on a first-in-best-dressed basis.
   
Cost $144 if prepaid when registering or $14 per week (Total $168)
   
Format
  • 3 Person Teams [9 singles and 2 doubles matches]
  • Teams Selected based on player ratings on RatingsCentral.com
  • Competition is 10 weeks round robin plus finals.

Divisions A maximum of 6 Teams per division.    The number of Divisions will be determined based on the number of entries.

Wednesday Nights - Maxi Season

Times Wednesday Evenings 7.15pm to 9.30pm approx
   
Dates Starts 24 August 2022 for 12 weeks (10 weeks season + 2 weeks of finals).
   
Closing Date 21 August 2022 or until all slots are filled.  Spaces are allocated on a first-in-best-dressed basis.
   
Cost $144 if prepaid when registering or $14 per week (Total $168)
   
Format
  • 2 Person Teams plus Doubles
  • Teams Selected based on player ratings on RatingsCentral.com or players may enter their own teams.
  • Competition is 10 weeks round robin plus finals.
Divisions A maximum of 6 Teams per division.  The number of Divisions will be determined based on the number of entries.




FAQ's

  • Do I need to enter a team of 2 or 3?
    No - Brisbane Table Tennis groups players into teams to try to create 6 balanced teams in each division.  You enter as an individual.
  • Can I choose my own teammates?

    On Monday & Tuesday nights we will find a teammate for you. If you want to play in a team that you select, then you can on Wednesday nights. 

  • Do I need to be a good player to play?
    We have divisions in each Fixture night to cater for a wide range of skill levels and abilities.  We also offer coaching on Monday and Tuesday nights to help prepare players for starting fixtures.
  • I can't commit to a whole season. Can I still play?
    If you do commit to the entire season, you'll get a discount on the entry fees. But if you cannot commit to the entire season, we understand. If fact, we sometimes need substitute players when regular players cannot play on a certain night.  You can register as a substitute player by emailing your name and contact telephone number to admin@brisbanetabletennis.org.au.
  • Do I need  my own equipment?
    You can borrow one of our club bats for free until you are ready to purchase your own bat.  We have introductory bats for sale from only $49.
